Shipping Costs
The shipping is free of charge within Germany. Shipping costs outside Germany depend on the weight of the product (incl. packaging) ordered and will be calculated final during the payment process.
Larger products from 30 kg are shipped by a freight forwarder on a one-way pallet. Please note that the delivery be forwarding is free curbside, the products are not delivered to the installation site.

Payment
You can choose between the following methods of payment:
PayPal
PayPal is a payment system for safe and simple Pay in online trading. With PayPal, you pay for your purchases without your bank account or credit card number to type, because your data is stored in your PayPal account as in a locker. PayPal Buyer Protection secures your online purchases from the full amount. To pay with PayPal, you must have a PayPal account. Advance payment / Bank wire
When paying in advance your products will only be shipped once the payment is credited to our account.
If you have not paid the amount due within 7 days, your order will be unfortunately canceled.
Credit card
- We accept cards with Mastercard or Visa symbol.
- All transactions are encrypted for your safety.
If the credit card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and you will receive an order confirmation to your email. Your card will be debited when we dispatch your order. If you return any items the balance will then be refunded onto your card. If the card transaction is not approved your order will be canceled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.
Your package
Once we recieved your payment, we usually ship within 2-5 working days.
We ship with UPS and use shipment tracking, once the package is on its way you will get your tracking number. We send large and heavy furniture on a one-way pallet with a freight forwarder.
Boxes are possible resource-friendly and environment-friendly manufactured and tailored to the products. Your goods are packed best protected.
